Good questions.
How much does event filming cost?
It depends on how long the event runs, how many crew you need and what you want delivered. Tell us about it in the form and you'll get a clear quote with everything itemised, no guesswork.
How soon do we get the videos?
In days, not months. Every deliverable gets a delivery date in your quote before we start, so you can line up posts and sponsor thank-yous around it. AI-assisted editing helps us move quickly, and a person reviews every video before you see it.
We only get one shot. What if you miss something?
That's why we plan off your run sheet and a shot list before the night, and ask who and what matters most. For big nights we quote a second shooter, so the stage and the room are both covered.
Do you travel outside Brisbane?
Yes. We're Brisbane-based and have already filmed in Sydney. Interstate jobs just get travel added to the quote.
What do you need from us?
Your run sheet, the speaker list, a contact on the day and anything that's off-limits. If guests will be filmed, a line in your event info or a sign at the door saying so keeps everyone in the loop.
Can you film a multi-day event?
Yes. We've filmed two-day intensives: the talks, the room and the awards. We'll quote per day.
Can we use the content in ads?
That's the idea. Clips are cut vertical and captioned so they're ready for Reels, TikTok and Meta ads. We make the videos; running the ads stays with you or your ads person.
