Your details, kept simple.

The short version: we only use what you send us to get back to you about your enquiry. We don't sell it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you type in: your name, email, phone number, business name and the details of your enquiry or event. We also note which page the form was on and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign name in the link (for example utm_source and utm_campaign). That's it.

What we use it for

• To reply to your enquiry, call you back and send you a quote.
• To keep a record of the job if you book with us.
• To see which of our ads and pages actually bring in enquiries.

We won't add you to a mailing list or sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored in our own customer system, hosted on Netlify. Only the 777 Media team can see them.

Advertising and cookies

We may use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to measure our ads, for example to count when someone sends an enquiry after seeing an ad. Meta's own privacy policy covers what they do with that. You can manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Filming at events

If we film your event, we work with you on how guests are told about filming. If you appear in something we've made and want it taken down, contact us and we'll sort it out with the event organiser.

Getting your details changed or deleted
