How much does gala or awards night filming cost?
It comes down to three things: how long we're on site, how many shooters you need, and what you want delivered. The big variables are how long the night runs, how many awards there are, and whether you want a second shooter on the room while the first stays on the stage. We don't publish a price list because no two run sheets are the same. Send the form and you get an itemised quote, usually within one business day, with the delivery date locked in.
How fast do winners get their clips?
Days, not months. The delivery date goes in your quote before we film, so you can line up the sponsor thank-yous and posts around it. Our editing runs on an AI-assisted workflow, and a person checks every video before you see it. Winner clips are often the first thing we deliver, while everyone's still buzzing.
What's included?
You pick what you need. We film for all of it on the day. The usual mix:
- Highlight reel, landscape + vertical
- Short captioned speaker clips for Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Full-length talks or speeches with titles
- Edited photos
- A same-day teaser, if the run sheet allows
Do you film galas on the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast?
Yes. We're based in Brisbane and film right across South East Queensland: Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay and the Redlands. We've filmed interstate too. Any travel shows up as its own line in the quote, so there are no surprises.

The envelope opens once.
Awards nights are unforgiving. The winner's reaction, the walk to the stage, the first line of the speech: if the camera's in the wrong spot, it's gone.
So we plan it like a broadcast, on a smaller budget. We go through the run sheet with you, mark every award and sponsor moment, and work out where we need to stand. For bigger nights we quote a second shooter: one locked on the stage, one in the room catching reactions.
Afterwards, every winner gets a short captioned clip they can post, which is the best free promotion your awards will ever get. Sponsors get their moment too, and you get a highlight reel to open next year's entries.

That's why we plan off your run sheet and walk the room before guests arrive. For bigger nights we quote a second shooter so the stage and the reactions are both covered.
Can every winner get their own clip?
Yes. It's the most-shared content from any awards night. Tell us how many awards there are and we'll quote it.
Do you film charity galas?

Can you cover sponsors?
Yes. Sponsor logos, speeches and moments are planned into the shoot, and we can cut a short clip for each sponsor to share.
What do you need from us?
The run sheet, the award list, a contact on the night and anything that's off-limits. A line in your event info saying the night will be filmed keeps guests in the loop.
