How much does it cost to film a work Christmas party?
It comes down to three things: how long we're on site, how many shooters you need, and what you want delivered. Most Christmas parties need one shooter for a few hours: the speeches, the awards and the fun. Bigger nights with a long awards list may need a second. We don't publish a price list because no two run sheets are the same. Send the form and you get an itemised quote, usually within one business day, with the delivery date locked in.
Will we get the video before everyone goes on holidays?
Days, not months. The delivery date goes in your quote before we film, so you can line up the sponsor thank-yous and posts around it. Our editing runs on an AI-assisted workflow, and a person checks every video before you see it. Tell us when your team breaks up and we'll build the delivery date around it.
What's included?
You pick what you need. We film for all of it on the day. The usual mix:

Will a camera make people uncomfortable?
We keep it low-key: a small crew, no big lights in faces. We film the speeches and awards properly and grab the candid moments without hovering.
Can you film our staff awards?
Yes. Every award, every winner and their speech. Winners love getting their own clip.
Can we use the video for recruitment?
That's one of the best uses for it. We cut short clips for LinkedIn and your careers page showing the team and the culture.
Is there anything we should tell staff?
A heads-up in the invite that the night will be filmed is a good idea, and let us know if anyone would rather not be on camera. We'll keep them out of the edit.
