What people ask first.
How much does conference videography cost?
It comes down to three things: how long we're on site, how many shooters you need, and what you want delivered. A half-day session with one camera sits at the lower end. A multi-day, multi-room conference with two shooters and every talk edited sits at the top. Multi-day events are quoted per day. We don't publish a price list because no two run sheets are the same. Send the form and you get an itemised quote, usually within one business day, with the delivery date locked in.
How long until we get the talks back?
Days, not months. The delivery date goes in your quote before we film, so you can line up the sponsor thank-yous and posts around it. Our editing runs on an AI-assisted workflow, and a person checks every video before you see it. Speaker clips usually come first, so you can post while the event is still fresh.
What's included?
You pick what you need. We film for all of it on the day. The usual mix:
- Highlight reel, landscape + vertical
- Short captioned speaker clips for Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Full-length talks or speeches with titles
- Edited photos
- A same-day teaser, if the run sheet allows
For conferences we also cut sponsor clips and a next-year promo from the same footage.
Can you film a conference interstate?
Yes. We've filmed a two-day intensive in Sydney: full talks, captioned speaker clips and edited photos. Interstate travel is its own line in the quote. Across South East Queensland there's usually nothing extra.
how we film it
One recording. A year of content.
A conference is the most content-rich day your organisation has all year. Twenty speakers, hours of expert talk, and a room full of people. Most of it never gets used.
We plan the shoot around the program. Before the day we go through the agenda with you and mark the sessions that matter most, the speakers who'll share clips, and the sponsors who need to be seen.
On the day we film every session with clean audio (from the desk or our own mics), plus the room, the breaks and the networking. Afterwards you get the full talks for members or YouTube, short clips for every speaker, and a highlight reel to sell next year's tickets.
If you're running multiple rooms, we'll tell you straight whether you need a second shooter, and quote it so you can decide.

Good questions.
Can you take audio from the venue's sound desk?
Usually, yes. A feed from the desk gives the cleanest sound for full talks. We bring our own mics as a backup, so a bad feed doesn't wreck the recording.
Do you film panels and Q&A?
Yes. Panels and audience questions are covered, and we can cut the best answers into short clips.
Can every speaker get their own clip?
Yes, and they should. Speakers share their own clips, which puts your event in front of their audience for free. We'll quote the number of clips you want.
Do you film multi-day conferences?
Yes. We've filmed two-day intensives: the talks, the room and the awards. We quote per day.
Can you stream the conference live?
Live streaming isn't what we do. We film and edit. If you need a live stream, your AV team can run it and we'll film alongside them.
Who owns the footage?
You do. You get the finished files to use wherever you like: your website, YouTube, member portals and ads.
