How much does corporate event videography cost in Brisbane?
It comes down to three things: how long we're on site, how many shooters you need, and what you want delivered. A two-hour launch with one shooter and a highlight video sits at the lower end. A full-day conference with two shooters, every talk and a pile of clips sits at the top. We don't publish a price list because no two run sheets are the same. Send the form and you get an itemised quote, usually within one business day, with the delivery date locked in.
How long does editing take?
Days, not months. The delivery date goes in your quote before we film, so you can line up the sponsor thank-yous and posts around it. Our editing runs on an AI-assisted workflow, and a person checks every video before you see it.
What's included?
You pick what you need. We film for all of it on the day. The usual mix:
- Highlight reel, landscape + vertical
- Short captioned speaker clips for Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Full-length talks or speeches with titles
- Edited photos
- A same-day teaser, if the run sheet allows
Do you film corporate events outside Brisbane?
Yes. We're based in Brisbane and film right across South East Queensland: Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay and the Redlands. We've filmed interstate too. Any travel shows up as its own line in the quote, so there are no surprises.

We do it the other way round. We make short-form content every week, so we film your event for the feed first: the line from the CEO that lands, the reaction shot, the team photo everyone tags. Then we cut the longer pieces for the archive.
That means your marketing team gets something to post the same week, your speakers get clips they'll actually share, and leadership gets a highlight video they're happy to send to the board. One crew, one shoot, every format.
If it's a big one, we quote a second shooter so the stage and the room are both covered. If it's a short launch, one shooter is plenty. You'll never pay for crew you don't need.

Do you film product launches?
Yes. Launches are one of our favourite jobs. We filmed MambaTek's warehouse launch in Logan: the ribbon cutting, speeches and interviews, cut into a highlight reel, a speeches edit and short clips.
Can you film our end-of-year party or staff day?
Yes. We keep it relaxed, catch the speeches and awards, and get the candid stuff your team will actually share. See our Christmas party videography page for more.
Will you film interviews with staff or guests on the day?
Yes, if you want them. Short vox-pop interviews make great clips for LinkedIn and recruitment. Tell us who and we'll plan the questions with you.
Can we use the videos in ads and on LinkedIn?
That's the idea. Clips come cut vertical and landscape, captioned, ready for LinkedIn, Reels, TikTok and Meta ads. We make the videos; running the ads stays with you.
How much notice do you need?
