How much does it cost to film a school graduation?
It comes down to three things: how long we're on site, how many shooters you need, and what you want delivered. Most graduations and presentation nights need one shooter for the length of the ceremony. Larger cohorts or two-venue nights may need a second. We don't publish a price list because no two run sheets are the same. Send the form and you get an itemised quote, usually within one business day, with the delivery date locked in.
How soon do families get the video?
Days, not months. The delivery date goes in your quote before we film, so you can line up the sponsor thank-yous and posts around it. Our editing runs on an AI-assisted workflow, and a person checks every video before you see it.
What's included?
Usually two things: the full ceremony, edited with titles, and a short highlight video for families and the school's socials. Add edited photos or individual clips if you want them.
How do you handle students without media consent?
Send us your list and we'll plan around it with you. We'll talk through seating, angles and the edit before the night so students who can't be shown stay out of the published video.

We film the whole ceremony properly: clean sound from the lectern, a steady shot of the stage, and every student crossing it. Then we cut a short highlight video with the speeches, the cheers and the hat toss for the school's socials and newsletter.
We're used to working around school rules. Send the media-consent list, tell us what's off-limits, and we'll plan the shoot and the edit around it.

Do you film formals?
Yes. Arrivals, the room and the big moments, cut into a highlight video students will actually share.
Can parents buy a copy?
We deliver the finished files to the school. How the school shares them with families is up to you: a private link, the newsletter or your socials.
Do you film school productions and sports days?
Yes. Productions, presentation nights, sports carnivals and open days. Tell us what's on and we'll quote it.
Are your crew safe to work around students?
